The cover drew me right in to the small town smalll town carnivals the town people rich and poor old and new.Its a book where the well written characters drive the story it’s very atmospheric a very enjoyable read drama relationships daily life daily squabble strong voices.It is a very entertaining read not a long book but it certainly kept me turning the pages involving me with the people life antics behavior.I will be recommending this book to friends looking for a summer read also will be looking forward to more from the author.I think bookclubs woukd find it a fun read and book to discuss especially during the summertime when heavy dark books are usually left for the winter.Thanks for the book.
