At first I was having a hard time getting into this book. Some of the characters revolted me, and I was thinking, "What is really going on in this plot?" But then, the perspectives shifted onto other characters and you start learning about all the people in the book through everyone else's eyes, and it became a really crazy jumble of a puzzle, putting everyone together and their history together. Then there was a shocking twist that I didn't see coming, and it kind of exploded on all the characters. But instead of leaving embers flying in the wind, it heaped on everyone exactly what they deserved in my eyes - a second chance, though the terms were different for each character. Once I got over the hump, I really enjoyed this quirky, funny book and how the author tied it all together in the end.
