I honestly had to make myself finish. I had high hopes for a great book with it having a entourage of characters going on a heist. It sounded like it would be similar to Six of Crows. However, it was so confusing and I didn't like the writing style. I did end up liking a couple to the characters but I do not see myself reading the next book if there is a sequel. I ended up listening to the audiobook but I just couldn't physically read it. I kept putting it down and not wanting to pick it back up. The writing style was very confusing to me. The audio helped a little with that and I started to enjoy it the last 50 pages or so. I may try and reread in the future to see if there is hope in liking it now that I understand the writing.
