I've heard the comparisons to Six of Crows and I have to admit from the outset, I was reminded of the same. However, I think from my first impressions of the writing, Roshani Chokshi brings her own style and humor to the characters, which are delight to meet. So far, I'm getting all the vibes of a good heist story, where you have a team made up of very different personalities who all bring their own individual skills to the table. From what I've seen of the world-building, I'm intrigued and am curious to find out more. The author has a way with words!
