You had me at "It's 1899." Say no more. Literally. This time period is near and dear to my heart, because no matter the story, the time is one on the brink of the Old West era ending and the beginning of technological advances and civilization (more than the Old West era, at least). Combine that with a hunt for an ancient artifact with a group full of unlikely friends - count me in! I need to read the rest of this!
