The German House. Eva like many post war survivors has put the past behind. It's the 1960 for one thing. The roads are fixed. The dead are buries. We will be landing on the moon soon. Color tvs in most homes. The war is over!! Eva spends her days planning a dream wedding and her future. When she is offered a translation job she accepts. What girl doesn't like a little money of her own. But old memories and facts of the infamous war make her start questioning herself and her family. Were we just as quilty for bowing her heads and closing our eyes. Millions of people died in World War 2. Eva like many in that day have to ask the question not what could we have done.
