Little confusing, but seems like a good story line.

So, I will start with the confusing part of this book is that there are no chapters and only parts. Normally this isn't a big deal, but there are several characters throughout the book that don't have much introduction besides Eva and she could use a little more in my opinion. Also, there are absolutely no page breaks or no indication that there has been a point of view change. Just simply a new paragraph talking about something completely different. The first time I had to go back and reread a few paragraphs because it just changed and I felt like I missed something. The story is a bit slow in the beginning. I also thought that it was strange how the entire next generation knew almost nothing about their history on how their towns had been destroyed. I love how Eva is such a strong character in the sense that she knows that she wants to work and help the world however she is also a nervous wreck. I think it would be interesting to see how her story works out and see if the pressure of getting married ends of holding her back.
