Finally, a new perspective
I have had my fill of WWII books, so when a saw a book dealing with the Nuremberg trials, I was excited. I have never read anything about how the details of the Holocaust became public knowledge.
The author has created a wonderful character in Eva, a woman trying to be of her time and upbringing but with bigger dreams and abilities than society had previously recognized. Should she settle for life as a rich housewife or take the job of a lifetime, translating between Polish and German during the trials? I'll certainly keep reading to find out!
