I received this book as an advance reader copy. I wanted to like this book. The synopsis was great and it made me want to read the story. When I received the book, it was not what I expected. I struggled to become absorbed into the story, which I never did. I didn’t care for the characters, nor did I feel they were well developed and the story fell flat. The chapters bounce around, each about a different character, which would have been fine if the author could have made the story flow seamlessly. I would not recommend this book based on my opinion of it, however, if time travel/science fiction are your thing, give it a try.
