I’m not even sure where to start with my thoughts, for this one. The cover is so vibrant which really catches my eye first and foremost. The description promised a tale of time travel whimsy style. I was super excited for this one to pop in my mail box and get started.
The characters were very interesting, and sorta even after I finished wasn’t all too sure how I felt. Unfortunately... wasn’t sure if this was that sad case of did I miss stuff? Too modern and whimsy, over grasping to be that fresh new thing. Either way it wasn’t much for the timey vibe and more so a slow stagnant piece for me. I’m debating reshelfing for now, in the high high hopes I can maybe months or years from now go back with a fresh head space and try again.
