Based on the cover and title alone I did not think this was a book for me, but then I decided to try the First Read. Immediately it jumped out that this book might be something I enjoy because at least part of it is about a high schooler in 1992 and I was a high schooler then too. However it’s SciFi which I like on TV but sometimes find difficult to follow in a book especially if there are a bunch of made up words, names and places. The First Look didn’t seem too confusing so I will give this book a chance.
