War is utterly terrible. It takes and takes, never really leaving. And although I’ve read and heard about it. I live in America. So I don’t actually have any experience with it. Especially when the war belongs to another country. I know very little about Spain and would love to know more. This book seems like a beautiful way to learn about such an ugly subject.
