War is utterly terrible. It takes and takes, never really leaving. And although I’ve read and heard about it. I live in America. So I don’t actually have any experience with it. Especially when the war belongs to another country. I know very little about Spain and would love to know more. This book seems like a beautiful way to learn about such an ugly subject. Not only that, but the turmoil is not done. Anything could happen. What is the secret of Madrid? And how could it possibly involve the relationship between Ana and Daniel?
