This book appears to be from multiple perspectives showing what life was like in Madrid in 1957 which was a very difficult time for many who lived there.
I love that one of the perspectives is from a photographer whose Mother came from Spain and he appears to be there to learn about the country as well as wanting more adventure in his life than previously.
I enjoyed the glimpses of Spain during that period including a young man who dreams of having a job much more luxurious that passing out animal blood for prophet and also seems to have experience some PTSD due to watching his Father be shot.
This sounds like a book that I could very much enjoy and looking forward to see where the story will lead.
