I can’t lie, when I first glanced at this book on goodreads, I thought the cover model was holding a swastika flag. Upon further inspection I realized it was not a flag. I love this aurthors other books. Between shades of gray ,and salt to the sea. Although I was disappointed to see it was not another book having to deal with WW2, I was glad to see it’s still her style of historical fiction. I can’t wait To see if this book lives up to the hype I’ve created.
