I want to know what is happening, the tension is building and I can't wait to finish this book. Why is Nathan behaving strangely? Is Beth up to something? Is Annie right in her suspicions? Nothing is cut and dried in this tale. Detailed and well-written, you empathize with the main character, Annie. She seems to be at odds with her instincts and her children. It's dramatic without melodrama and utterly captivating.
