I really enjoyed Sandie Jones’s first book, The Other Woman, which I also won from BookishFirst.com last summer! I read it in 4-5 hours, I could not put it down! The First Mistake took me a little bit longer, about 7-8 hours, but man was it worth it!! This book took a little bit longer for me to get into. I didn’t particularly like any of the characters and for the first 50 pages I was wondering what we were even doing here. I figured out a lot of the book, the twist(s), by page 80 and just wanted to keep devouring it to find out if I was right and how we were going to get there! There’s so much I want to say but can’t because SPOILERS! Aggghhh I just want to talk about what happens!! I don’t really care for the title, not sure I 100% get it even after finishing the book. Lol. If you liked The Other Woman, read this. If this is your first Sandie Jones book, read this! What a whirlwind!
