But apparently I must write more. This story focuses on Alice and her family. Something is off, and she thinks her husband is having an affair. But as the story goes on, she realizes it goes much deeper than that, and she has to figure out how to keep herself from feeling like she's going crazy, keep her business afloat, and extricate herself from the damaging relationships she finds herself in.
The author does a fantastic job of diverting the reader's attention from the truth, and every time I thought I had something figured out, I could not have been more wrong. I really enjoyed this read and discussing it with my mother after she finished it to see where I got it wrong.
