I’m tense as I am reading this as the author was able to magnificently convey the emotions of a working Mom. It’s that feeling that you need to be out the door but also need to check lunches, uniforms, backpacks, clean clothes, breakfasts, and schedules of kids, yet mentally running through the meetings, budgets, presentations, and phone calls that will be happening in the very very short minutes ahead. It’s every working Moms dream/nightmare. We tell ourselves we can do it all until something big crashes those boundaries. After just 3 chapters, I feel that implosion about to happen on several fronts. I can’t wait to read the entire book which I expect to take place in one self indulgent sitting! So intrigued.
