This book kept me on the edge of my seat, desperately trying to figure out how the pieces fit into the puzzle. I really like the two main women characters, Alice and Beth, because through their experiences and what they went through, they realized who the real culprit was instead of continually blaming each other. They learned that things can happen unintentionally. I really liked the way the book was laid out, jumping from different perspectives but also different time periods, the past and the present. The ending caught me off guard, but it was really tied together nicely. I also thought the author did a tremendous job casting suspicions on multiple characters, so you found yourself constantly wondering which one was "the bad guy"!
