Three chapters in and it has captured my interest.
I want to start by saying the cover captured my interest, it's so pretty. This will be my first Sandie Jones book.
We get to meet Alice and her family and get a glimpse into her present life. Seems a little hectic but that's mom life. I want to know what happened in her past and I'm very interested in finding out what happened to Sophia's dad. But also intrigued in her present life. I have a couple of ideas running through my head now, I need to know what happened and what will happen. 3 chapters is all it took to be invested in this story. But I do have a small issue. The writing style, we do see quotations for when characters are speaking but it's right after another. And I feel lost because im not sure who's saying what. But that wont stop me from reading it.
