This was an interesting thriller. It is told mainly from Alice’s point of view. She is owner of her own design company and tragically lost her husband years ago. She has a very hard time dealing with her husband's death but loves the company she was able to start with his inheritance. Since than she has remarried to a supportive husband named Nathan and has a second daughter with him. Then one day her world comes crashing down. Her friend Beth is there for her but there is more to Beth than just a supportive friend. The second part of the book is Beth’s story.
I did kind of figure out what was really going on although the author kept me guessing. I kept revising my idea of who was really behind everything. My one complaint was the end. This was an advanced copy which I was thankful to read so maybe there will be more. However I feel like I was left hanging a little. Overall, a good read!
