I really enjoyed the latest domestic / psychological thriller from the author of The Other Woman. The book follows Alice, a mom and business woman who is married to her second husband after the tragic death of her first. I loved the format of the book (dual timeline and dual perspective) and felt as if the writing kept the plot easy to follow. The characters were well developed and likable, albeit, in my opinion, a bit unrealistic (which does not bother me at all in a work of fiction!). The pacing is perfect and I found myself truly unable to put this one down. The cover is beautiful and intriguing. I did not see what was coming towards the end of the book and was thoroughly entertained by this gem of a story!
