I would have given this five stars if it hadn’t been for the ending. It felt super rushed. Everything was revealed very quickly and in some ways felt a little bit much. I think perhaps, it would have been better if the stories intertwined more. I felt like once it got to the middle, the story shifted abruptly and the connection came, but it was a little scattered. I liked this a lot. It had a good twist and interesting storyline. I just think the development needed to be a bit more focused. There were a lot of things that definitely took me by surprise and kept me on the edge of my seat, so I do feel like this was a solid psychological thriller and very entertaining. I do have to say though, that I liked her first book more than this one - the twist shocked me more and I felt like it came together better.
