The first book that I read by sandi Jones was The Other Woman. I really enjoyed that book however, the first mistake was even better than the other woman. I received it as an arc and dove right into it. The cover of the arc was really pretty with roses and a card attached on the front. Honestly I hate giving reviews that have spoilers so beware. I honestly was not sure who I thought was the bad guy here.. there were certain points in the story where I thought I knew for sure that it was the husband. I just was not sure why he would do what was being done to Alice. Like what’s the motive? Then there were times when I knew for sure that the best friend was the culprit. Because well, trust issues. But this had me guessing until the very end. Very good book and well written.
