First of all, I think this is the funniest book I ever read. I was reading it over breakfast earlier this week while my mom was trying to nap on the couch and she had to leave the room because I was laughing so much and kept waking her up.

Our mc Nick is a hilarious mess of ADHD and teenaged hormones. My sister and my mom both have ADHD, and so in my experience, Nick's ADHD was written very accurately.

Nick's relationship with his dad is super sweet: equal parts annoyance and compassion. I love their banter and how his dad chooses to embarrass him. Nick's friends are amazing and I love them all (Well, except for maybe Owen). There's the lesbians Jazz and Gibby who are ready to kick anyone's ass for their friends and Seth who is the sweetest thing ever and must be protected at all costs.

This book never had a boring point and I never wanted to put it down though - unfortunately I was forced to a several points. I honestly think this is better than House In The Cerulean Sea and I can't wait to read the second.

If you want something cute and funny and gay, go read this. You won't regret it.
