Wow. How dare this be so amazing? A queer fanfic writer with ADHD, adorable bow ties, superheroes, sarcasm for days. I was honestly blown away with how funny and just overall entertaining this book was. At times, I even burst into laughter while just reading.
Each character was so unique and lovable. They all had their own role in the story, each full of wit and personality. The plot itself, while slightly predictable (in a good way), was very well written and hilariously awkward. Each sarcastic remark, awkward moment, and mini rant was perfect. It honestly brought me so much joy to read.
The fact that the main character, Nick, had to constantly stop whatever he was doing to point out another characters soft adorableness was what I needed in life. This whole book was extremely well done and I cannot recommend it enough. I love the characters, the representation, the story line, the dialogue, the sarcasm.
This was something that I didn’t know I needed to read. It was super cute and quirky, jam packed with all of the things that make up a good book.
