I think the fanfic at the beginning of the book is a great way to pull readers in and I appreciated that the author spent time styling the fanfiction writing appropriately to feel like it had been written by a 16 boy.
Buuuuttt I'm just never going to be interested in reading a book that talks about tumblr porn in the first chapter. I just wasn't ready for it.
