Personally, I thought it was a nice book, but that there could have been more charecter building. I loved the world, and the events, but I just couldn't relate to the main charecter a lot. I don't know if that's just me or if other people feel that way too. I would recommend this book, but not if they like books with a lot of romance in them. I love books with a lot of romance in them, but this book seemed to be lacking in that area a little bit. Despite the bad parts of the book, I still think the book was a good read (but it will be a while before I would even think about rereading it). The book definitely starts a little slow, but picks up pace near the end (which is quite common for a number of books). I like when the entire book has you on your seat, but some books just take a while to get into, and this was one of them. I give it 4 stars and would recommend it.
