I’m a sucker for apocalyptic and plague fiction, so naturally this sounds like something I’d enjoy. This particular one seems incredibly timely with its type of plague. Another appealing element is it looks like it’s going be a more character-driven apocalyptic book, similar to the vein of The Road and Station Eleven, and those are always my favorite.
