I love a good postapocalyptic story! This one has an exciting start as it gives the reader a panoramic look at multiple characters in quick succession before diving into the story. The pandemic aspect hits a little close to home this year, but I think it will be an intriguing read. The cover is eye-catching and sets the mood for the book. My one hesitation is that there was a lot of profanity in the first few pages, though it seems to lessen after the initial scene. I thought it was a little extreme for a book that is marketed as YA.
