So I don't normally love science fiction, but I was hoping this one would strike my fancy because I do like apocalyptic novels sometimes. Unfortunately, it didn't quite do it for me. I liked the glimpses of the characters that I got from this preview, but I felt like there were just too many moving pieces thrown at me too quickly to understand even what was going on. I just felt confused.
