Long descriptive inner monologues is the only way I can describe how I feel about Sarah's books.

It didn't work for me in Magic for Liars, but somehow I was really drawn to Evelyn's thoughts, even though they feel really similar.

She really does have long descriptive inner monologues and I hope we can explore in some of them the path that brought her here, her ex-husbands reason to leave her and how the past year affected her, because she says that much at the end of the first chapter.

The overall plot seems interesting, I don't like when medical procedures aren't thoroughly researched, even if they're fictional, I don't like when medical/science terms are just throw in the plot just because, but even when the science part seems to be heavely implicated, and I'm looking forward to read the entire book and see how it evolves from this 3 firsts chapters.
