The writing in this first look is really strong, but for some reason for me I didn't feel connected to the protagonist through it. Like, she was too far removed. I think the premise is interesting and the writing style is really elegant. I wouldn't read more to find out what happens. I'm not a fan of the cover. I don't like the techno feeling it has.
