This my first experience with this author and I have to say that I am eager to read not only the rest of this book, but her others as well! Her writing style and precision of language neatly matches with Evelyn’s perspective here. Her poise and composure come across while hinting at the true turmoil of her emotions beneath. The synopsis gives more away than the actual beginning, plot-wise, and definitely am curious about what will happen next! It feels creative and fresh!
