Sarah Gailey's style of writing is so beautiful, it was almost like reading a movie in real time. The way the action starts head on with each beginning of the chapters is what kept the momentum of the book going for me. I loved how Gailey set up Evelyn from the beginning doing a menial task- buttoning a dress and how we knew so much about her from just that one page of action and then fully absorbing ourselves into her thoughts which all felt very authentic and truthful. I love the cover and the concept seems absolutely fascinating! I cant wait to read this whole book!
