When Caroline Sears receives heartbreaking news that her unborn child suffers a heart defect she is devastated. Being that the year is 1970 there is very little that can be done. Then when her brother-in-law a physicist tells her there could be away, Caroline at first is very skeptical. She believes If doctors can’t determine a way of saving her unborn baby how can anyone else.

I honestly believed I wasn’t going to like this book as I’m not a fan of time travel novels, but I was pleasantly surprised as I thoroughly enjoyed The Dream Daughter by Diane Chamberlain. It certainly was different to all her other books I’ve read, but she actually did a brilliant job in writing this book. A page turner and very entertaining. Highly recommended.
