Totally Unique with a Dash of Mystery: I Have to Read This!

The totally unique premise in this first chapter preview ( ARC, courtesy of Bookish) has me hooked. I want to know who this patient is and what made him zero in on the new therapist. Toss in the mystery of how he knows lyrics to a just released song from the number one band in the country, and a reader is positively going to want more.
