This book is surely a ticket to a fantastic ride...

The cover of this book has a woman walking alongside a body of water -- but in the watery reflection, there is a daughter with her. Surely this will be a play on the title: the dream daughter is not there in all the ways we could see, if we had infinite sight. If life went according to the usual rules, the daughter would never become the sprite walking alongside her mother.

When the character Hunter sings the newly released -- just now released-- Beatles song, he gives the nurse (our protagonist) Caroline Spears a strange reaction... and her intuition is telling her *good* things...enough good things to want to introduce him to her sister!
