Makes me want to know what they can do for the baby

I have a niece going through a difficult pregnancy right now so I can relate somewhat. As I read the preview I kept thinking : "What could it possibly be ? " I kept thinking he must be talking about a heart transplant and my nieces baby will possible need a kidney transplant.
