I loved this book and could see myself reading it again. It is somehow a light hearted read that yet conjures up so many emotions - I chuckled, I pondered, I teared up, I felt so many emotions and was thoroughly entertained by the creativity and writing. It's a relationship based storyline that also gives you some surprises that take you deeper into understanding the main character. The chapters are zippy and the story is a pretty quick read, which I love.
I love that this author presents a scenario in this book that is easy to discuss with anyone. If you could have the perfect meal with any 5 people - who would it be? This story also brings in some mystic or magic or dreaminess that is not so strange that it steals the emotion. If anything, this dream or magic feeling drew me in even more. There's so much explored here with this character - it's heartbreaking yet encouraging and lovely all at once. Read it!
