I wouldn't necessarily say the cover grabbed me, but the title definitely did. When I read the blurb of what it was about, I was initially a bit skeptical because I've recently read A Night In With Audrey Hepburn by Lucy Holliday and this seemed like a similar book by the blurb alone. I'm so glad I took a First Look though - even though the initial dinner set up was a smidge confusing, the first "real" chapter was good. Miss Serle clearly has a way with words, setting the scene and introducing us to several of the main characters in a way that was both beautiful and intriguing. I'm already excited to read more!
