Evie is just a normal teenager, normal friends, normal parents living in a future world where the alien species, the luxen, coexist with humans semi-harmoniously. Everything is normal, right? Evie is about to find out that nothing is as normal as it seems. Everything is about to be uprooted for Evie. Another page turning suspense piece from Armentrout. The writing is fast paced and easy to read, with a hint of sexual tension and danger throughout. I haven’t read all of her previous work, but wondering if there is more about Nadia’s past. It seems a little unrealistic for her to only remember the last 4 yrs of her life and not not have some flashbacks or memories. Really like Armentrout’s world and can’t wait for more!
