Jennifer L. Armentrout is one of my favourite authors, and the Lux series is among my top YA reads. So of course I was stoked to find out that Luc was getting his own story and that we readers get a continuation of the Lux world! JLA's writing drew me in immediately, just like in her other books. I can't wait to find out more about Evie and Luc, and I have no doubt that I'll love them just as much as Daemon, Katy, and the other characters of the Lux series. We even get to see some familiar faces in this book early one, which was fantastic! There's action and even suspense in the first few chapters itself, and there's a lot more to the Luxen than I previously believed - which I'm excited to find out more about.
