I’m between 4 stars and 4.5 stars to give this book; but either way I loved this it!
There are a few things that I would change about this book- first of all, there is something that has stuck with me since meeting Evie, and that is that Evie has many of the same attributes as Kat from the original Lux series. I would have liked to have seen a bit of a different character in this series as the main female, but I can forgive Jennifer.
The “plot twist” in this book was also very predictable, especially because there wasn’t even time to forget about it because it kept being mentioned by the characters.
Now for my favorite part of the book: I LOVED Luc, he was perfect, and was definitely one of my favourite characters from the first series, I always found myself wanting to know more about him. I’m so glad he got his own storyline. I can’t wait for both of these characters to continue to develop.
