Fantastic addition to the original series

When I originally read this after its release I gave it 4 stars. I recently decided to re-read the entire original Lux series and this in preperation for the release of The Burning Shadow. Now after re-reading the original series this book makes a lot more sense and I actually enjoyed it more the second time. I will say if you need a refresher of the original series, you only need to re-read book 5 to get all the references. For this second read I decided to try the audiobook and it was fantastic. This book definitely brought back all the feels I had from the original series. The slow burn romance definitely killed me and I am hoping they kick it up a notch in Burning Shadow. I cannot wait to get my hands on book two. Officially changing my rating to 5 stars.
