Amazing! I absolutely adored this series when it came out! I remember I was always highly anticipating the next one. Then after, Ruby's story was done, my love faded. But Zu remained my favorite character, I just loved everything about who is is. Now, after such a long time this book felt like a gift. I loved the narration as well as the story. I thought it was very interesting how Alexandra Braken was able to give this book the same general feel of The Darkest Minds series, yet have it feel so unique and have it be very much it's own story. I'm very happy to have read this book especially so close to the release of the movie version of the first one. Basically, everyone should read these books.
