I have read one of Jessica Goodman's books before (They'll Never Catch Us), and so I already know that I enjoy her writing style. In this book, The Counselors, the chapters are relatively short, which I appreciate because I do not always have time to finish a long chapter in one sitting. In addition, I like the flashbacks in the book.
