Within the first few chapters and I am hooked to the mystery of Margot's adoption and her new role as Agatha's companion. The cover of the book had me doubting whether I would be interested in the story, but after what I read and seeing the spoon with pins, my mind is going crazy trying to figure out what Margot is going to have to deal with and whether or not Agatha is the victim or the villain! A compelling thriller that promises a bit of a scare, family drama, and a young woman fighting for survival.
