This book took forever to actually arrive on my doorstep. I know others had the same issue and had also emailed bookish about it with no response like I had. Eventually I had posted one review explaining how it never came in but now it shows that review isn’t there my guess is they deleted it so it didn’t look bad on them. Since the book has arrived now and I did read it I wasn’t pulled into the story. The writing was very well done and so we’re the characters I just couldn’t get into the plot at all. Personally I’m glad it was sent to me instead of buying it because it’s not something I would read again.
Nothing was really rememberable for me and I was just excited to finish it so I could move onto other books but at the same time it was so hard to pick up.
If you find it in your library I would suggest picking it up to see for yourself if you like it. Maybe it’s just not the genre for me.
