I actually really liked this book. It's different because in this book the assassin is the one who doesn't want to continue. He has become soft and has decided he no longer wants to be this person he has been for so long. I like how fast it started and how you could tell that Milton's heart, for lake of better words, isn't in it anymore when he doesn't follow orders and doesn't kill the young boy. I like that this has the police be the bad guys, having them be okay with their own being killed as long as they get what they want. And when they don't then they will punish the person who refuses. So I am back and forth on if I should like Milton, but I can tell that as the book continues we will better see him grow and become a different person. I think I will really like this book because he will be on the run from the police who now want him dead. It's really an interesting plot, I just hope it continues on the right way, but so far it's fast paced, well described, and entertaining.

I like the cover as it reminds me of those spy movies and TV shows and somehow they always ends up in a parking garage and inevitably someone is always following them. That's the vibe this cover gives me and I think it fits really well with the mood this book is after.
